Training for guardians of interest

If you are a chairman/woman of a local chapter, a labour union representative, deputy representative or work safety representative, you are entitled to take part in labour union training during work time. These training plans are negotiated yearly between the employer companies and the union. The employer pays the salary of the participant for the duration of the course, other necessary expenses are covered by the union.

Here you can find courses (in Finnish) organized by the union, which are designed to develop the skills of the guardians of interests – e.g. courses covered by the negotiated trainings.
