Members have a wide
range of benefits
Membership fee doesn’t have to be paid during a period when you don’t get a salary or a benefit from the unemployment fund, for example in cases of illness, temporary pension, maternity leave or similar kind of leave, nursing leave, studying or military service. Also, members receiving unemployment or similar benefits are exempt from paying the membership fees.
A member who is exempt from paying the membership fees is obligated to inform the chapter or union the reason and the period for the exemption at least every six months.
