To become a member is a value judgement in favor of better working terms, employment protection and rights. By joining the union, you can make sure that the workers have an influence and that their interests will be taken care of even in the future. The labour union representative stands for the workers at the workplace. From him/her you can get additional information about becoming a member, member benefits as well as mandate for becoming a member.

The membership fee for PAU and the unemployment fund is 1,59 % from gross income and it is tax deductible.

If you change the union, please report, that your previous union was PAU.
